Allan was the Chief Information Officer of Skilled Healthcare, a NYSE traded health care company that owns over 100 nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospice/home health groups in the western U.S. Prior to that, Allan was a Vice President with Ultra Bridge, a start-up healthcare systems outsourcing company. He also formed Health Technology Source,  a health care systems consulting firm. Before that, Allan was Vice President of Information Technology for Regency Health Services. He earned his Master’s degree from Union College.
