We rely on our partners to refer us to Dreamers (AKA hospice patients with a Dream to be fulfilled!) and older adults for intergenerational activities! We form non-binding partnerships with hospice & palliative care agencies, nursing homes, assisted living centers, and any other agencies that may serve people on hospice care and older adults. We make it easy – just follow the steps below, and we’ll chat with you soon!
