Caitlin started DreamCatchers Foundation after she noticed an absence of connection between younger and older generations. She is a sought-after speaker across the country, and she shares strategies for greater generational connection in the workplace, with the aim of creating a more connected world.
Luke initially advised DreamCatchers through the organization’s involvement in the UCLA Social Enterprise Academy Accelerator and is also a member of the DreamCatchers Board of Directors. He currently provides commercialization consulting services for medical technology startups.
Matthew began working with DreamCatchers in 2016 and has been involved for the past seven years as a chapter president for the Burlington, Iowa chapter. He graduated from the University of Iowa with degrees in marketing and economics.
Katherine has been part of the DreamCatchers Foundation since 2013, leading chapters at her high school and college, before joining the Executive Team. She currently works as a Product Manager for a start-up that focuses on expanding Environmental, Social, and Governance in private equity.
