The Burlington High School DreamCatchers chapter is led by Abby Peters and Elena AbouAssaly. This is the chapter’s 3rd year active, and have been granting at least one Dream per month since inception. Both the school and the town have been extremely supportive of the club. The Club started with over 65 members. They are partnered with Great River Home Health and Hospice (www.greatriverhospice.org) to fulfill their patients’ final Dreams.

Molly Cockrell leads the Southeastern Community College chapter in Burlington, Iowa. The chapter is working with Fort Madison Hospice as well as Great River Hospice to fulfill the Dreams of the patients in their surrounding community.
