In October of 2000, Paul ventured into the commercial construction industry when he purchased Heritage Hardwood Floors. This first entry in entrepreneurship led to the purchase and subsequent sale of 6 other business over the last 21 years. Paul also co-started Maxwell Pipeline Services, LLC, a company that operates in the oil and gas industry, specializing in pipeline maintenance. In 2019, Paul was appointed to the Board of Directors of Vivos Therapeutics. There, Paul was instrumental in creating corporate governance, audit procedures, and their platform for a successful $125 million IPO in December 2020.
Paul holds a BBA with a double major in accounting and finance from the University of Notre Dame, where he played soccer. He also holds his CPA license. Paul has been married for 21 years to his wife, Marylee, and the couple have 5 children. He is an active member at First United Methodist Church Richardson and has been a youth sports coach for past 15 years.
